Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff while managing an assigned caseload of direct counseling clients. Responsibilities include reviewing client charts for quality assurance and representing the organization in court hearings and community meetings.
Must be a licensed LCSW or LCPC in Illinois (or able to obtain licensure within six months) with at least one year of experience serving children, adolescents, and families. A valid driver's license and automobile insurance are required.
About this role
As our Clinical Supervisor, you will provide hands on leadership, supervision, and support to our clinical staff. In this role you will act as a representative of Clarvida when participating in interventions, court hearings, and school/community meetings. You will also review client charts to ensure quality service delivery and accurate treatment plans are in place, in addition to addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct counseling to an assigned caseload and leadership experience within the team. This opportunity requires on-call availability on a rotating schedule.
