The Stormwater Operations Manager will supervise 35-40 staff members and oversee daily maintenance, emergency response, and special projects. This role involves managing an $18 million budget, coordinating equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or a related field with at least six years of experience, or a Master's degree with four years of experience. Additionally, at least four years of supervisory or management experience and a valid Florida driver's license are required.

Standard Work Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. *On-call Required
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five (5) years.
Starting Pay Range: $95,000.00 - $112,000.00/ annually, based on your experience.
