The Customer Accounts Advisor manages customer accounts, drives payment collections, and facilitates lease agreement renewals through phone and in-person interactions. They also assist with merchandise deliveries, returns, and maintaining store inventory standards.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance, along with basic computer proficiency.

Customer Accounts Advisor
The salary range for this role is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.
