We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to lead financial management and reporting across our Holiday Home Sales, Owner Income and Property functions. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure robust financial control, deliver accurate reporting, and provide meaningful insights that drive confident commercial decision-making. You’ll also lead and develop a team of four, champion process improvements, and play a key part in shaping future strategy.
What you will be doing...
Lead, coach, and develop a team of four finance professionals, creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts for Holiday Home Sales, Owner Income and Property.
Maintain strong financial controls with timely, accurate balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyse and challenge variances, providing clear, insightful commentary that influences decision making.
Contribute to monthly rolling forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
Act as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders—offering guidance, challenge, and commercial insight.
Support cost-efficiency initiatives and identify opportunities to improve margin performance.
Enhance reporting processes, systems, and internal controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Provide support on strategic projects and deliver ad hoc financial analysis.
Uphold responsibilities for information security, reporting any weaknesses or breaches.
Take responsibility for your own health and safety and support safeguarding across the business.
About you...
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post qualification experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Strong technical accounting knowledge.
Knowledge of Sun Systems (preferred but not essential).
Proven track record in managing and developing a team.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
