The Vendor Compliance Analyst serves as a key resource for OpenTicket compliance activities, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, company policies, and established procedures. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, as well as a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of the OpenInvoice/OpenTicket systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others are essential
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
· Monitor daily OpenTicket activity to identify vendor compliance issues, billing discrepancies, and potential overcharges.
· Review and analyze vendor ticket data to verify compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance exceptions and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
· Investigate field ticket discrepancies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for field ticket compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
· Track, analyze, and report recurring compliance trends and issues, providing actionable recommendations when appropriate.
· Partner with key stakeholders to align ticketing requirements and compliance expectations across departments while supporting continuous process and system improvements.
· Coordinate, facilitate, and participate in training sessions for vendors and approvers to promote ticket compliance and process consistency.
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Accounts payable, compliance, auditing, finance, or a related field experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately and exercise sound professional judgement
· Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience utilizing Enverus platforms, including OpenInvoice and OpenTicket.
· Experience with Spotfire reporting and data analytics tools.
· Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset. · Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally
· Five (5+) years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
· Working knowledge of oilfield operations, terminology, and industry practices.
