At Office Depot, the Retail Team Lead is a part-time role providing “total solutions” to our customers encompassing Products, Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings. The Retail Team Lead will quickly build and maintain customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing provided training to support sales offerings. The Team Lead will support a customer-centric environment, engagement with the local community, all while contributing to a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values of Caring, Committed, Creative, Collaborative, & Courageous. The Retail Team Lead will demonstrate a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, print, and other services/products offered to our customers. Retail Team Lead (PT) will utilize Office Depot's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers, to drive the sales of our total offerings, and properly assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
Through enthusiasm and expertise, Retail Team Lead will help us create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, enhancing our store's visual and merchandising standards, freight, and logistics activities, and prioritizing unparalleled client satisfaction. The Retail Team Lead will also be a part-time ‘Key Carrier’ for their location and may perform Leader on Duty functions while in the role. In addition, the Retail Team Lead (PT) must be able to perform External Key Carrier responsibilities, which include but are not limited to, opening & closing responsibilities and be scheduled for those respective shifts.
