Perform daily interior and exterior cleaning duties including waste removal, floor care, and restroom restocking. Assist with minor building maintenance, repairs, and safety monitoring to ensure facility standards are met.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and some related cleaning experience. Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks and be available for emergency on-call work during evenings or weekends.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
