The Product Manager II is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of external-facing products. They serve as the primary bridge between customers, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
Requires a bachelor's degree with 6+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years of experience without a degree. Candidates must have proven experience leading product development from ideation to launch and proficiency in modern software delivery methodologies.
As a Product Manager II, you will be an individual contributor responsible for defining, executing, and delivering product strategy for a portfolio of products that supports our external audiences and aligns with organizational goals. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring meaningful customer outcomes and measurable business impact.
You are the champion of your products, serving as the primary bridge between customers, engineering, and business stakeholders. You’ll balance competing priorities, make data-informed tradeoff decisions, and keep the product vision front and center while delivering value incrementally.
This position is based at ALSAC’s National Executive Office in Memphis, TN and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
