Job Description
As a Product Manager II, you will be an individual contributor responsible for defining, executing, and delivering product strategy for a portfolio of products that supports our external audiences and aligns with organizational goals. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring meaningful customer outcomes and measurable business impact.
You are the champion of your products, serving as the primary bridge between customers, engineering, and business stakeholders. You’ll balance competing priorities, make data-informed tradeoff decisions, and keep the product vision front and center while delivering value incrementally.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define, own, and manage the product roadmap aligned to product and enterprise strategies.
Independently execute the product management process end-to-end, from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
Map product KPIs to enterprise Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), prioritizing initiatives that deliver the highest customer and business value.
Own near-term and mid-term roadmap planning, ensuring focus on the most impactful capabilities.
Customer, Market & Innovation
Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product vision, roadmap decisions, and prioritization.
Identify areas of innovation and run experiments to validate ideas and increase customer value.
Delivery & Execution
Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver product capabilities.
Facilitate scope, design, and requirements discussions with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Define and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Work within established product development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to deliver high-quality releases.
Performance & Optimization
Monitor and analyze product performance, including user engagement, adoption, and revenue.
Define, track, and report on key performance metrics to measure product success.
Run post-launch reviews and ensure learnings and customer feedback are incorporated into future iterations.
Manage day-to-day product operations, including release coordination, status reporting, and product demonstrations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of product management (or related) experience, OR 8+ years of experience without a degree.
Proven experience leading product development from ideation through launch.
Experience managing multiple product capabilities or a portfolio with measurable customer and business outcomes.
Strong ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience facilitating scope, design, and requirements discussions across cross-functional teams.
Comfort making prioritization and tradeoff decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions.
Ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements related to scope, design, or requirements.
Experience with modern software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, including:
Website and content management
Digital marketing and advertising platforms
Ecommerce, payments, CRM, and audience management tools
