The General Manager is responsible for all operations during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls. They must ensure strict adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
Candidates should have previous experience in the restaurant industry and a commitment to following all operational procedures. Reliable transportation and a focus on punctuality and attendance are required.
You've been working your way up in the restaurant world for awhile. Maybe you even have a little college under your belt on the subject.
