Manage all personnel and distribution center operations during a single shift to achieve productivity, safety, and quality goals. Lead a team of supervisors in continuous improvement processes and implement strategies to optimize building results.
Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has at least five years of operations management experience. Requires proficiency in WMS, Lean methodologies, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a physical warehouse environment.
This position is responsible for managing all personnel and DC operations during a single shift. They will be responsible for leading, developing, and engaging with their team to achieve positive shift and building results.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of operations management experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
