River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups.
In this role you will....
Assist with daily living activities in individual's home or residential facility. Observes and monitors client's behavior and charts observations and incidents. Provides training in basic personal and social skills, simple academics, or work skills. May assist with meal preparation, ADLs, and provide transportation.
