The Program Manager oversees the strategic planning, administration, and evaluation of federally and privately funded grant programs focused on healthcare workforce diversity and student success. Key duties include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating community partnerships and student support services.
A bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of program management experience are required, specifically with federally funded grants. A master's degree and experience with HRSA Centers of Excellence grants are preferred.
