The BCBA is responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments to develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans for clients. They provide regular staff supervision, training, and caregiver support to ensure progress and compliance with audits.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field and possess a BCBA certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders is required.

A passion for progress, founded in play! Circle City ABA provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children 18 months - 17 years old in Indiana, Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, and Nebraska. In Scottsdale, Arizona, we provide services to teens (13+) and adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental diagnoses. Our team of skilled and experienced therapists is dedicated to empowering and enriching the lives of individuals with autism. Our results-based approach helps individuals grow, combining family goals with clinical best practices to put each person on their own personal path to success.
