Dayshift - 6.00am – 2.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Backshift – 2.30pm – 10.30pm (Monday – Friday)
1 in 3 Saturdays paid at overtime (7am – 1pm)
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the parts department by providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for supplying parts to the workshop, managing goods received, handling customer sales enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate stock control.

What you'll do:
Supply parts and components promptly to workshop technicians.
Identify and source correct parts using electronic catalogues and manufacturer systems.
Assist with urgent workshop requirements to minimise vehicle downtime.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.
Serve retail and trade customers professionally and efficiently.
Provide product advice and technical parts information.
Handle incoming customer calls regarding parts availability, pricing, and orders.
Maintain accurate stock records and support stock control activities.
Participate in stock counts and inventory audits.
Who are you?
Driving Licence required
Able to identify different parts using catalogues and systems.
Numerical ability to be able to work with part numbers.
To be able to effectively communicate at all levels both written and verbally with people inside the organization as well as external customers.
Selling/influencing others to buy additional parts.
Documenting/recording information.
IT literate to competently use DMS and associated software & systems.
