Candidates must hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and possess an active, independent license in Arizona (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). Additionally, a current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and experience with electronic health records are required.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, Licensed Therapists / Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing team and help meet the increasing demand for care at our Glendale location.

Sign-on Bonus qualifies for Independently Licensed Therapists at this time.
