Conduct drilling operations over 12-hour shifts while leading drill crews and ensuring equipment maintenance. Coordinate rig moves and maintain strict compliance with safety documentation and safe work practices.
Candidates must have previous underground drilling experience and the ability to pass a comprehensive medical and drug screen. Possession of a current C-class driver's license and the right to work in Australia is mandatory.

We are currently seeking experienced Underground Diamond Drillers in Western Australia. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated with a strong commitment to Health & Safety.
2/1 or 2/2 rosters with rotating shifts
Conducting drilling operations over a 12-hour shift
Leading drill crews, including training of Driller Assistants
Daily pre-start equipment checks
General maintenance
Setting up drill pads and coordinating rig moves
Completion of safety documentation and compliance with safe work practices
Previous underground Drilling experience essential
Directional Drilling experience preferred
Deep hole experience preferred
Experience working with an LM or MDR rig is essential
Current Drivers C License
National Police Clearance, or ability to have one
First Aid and CPR certificate (desirable)
Certificate III in Drilling desirable, but not essential
Physical ability to lift 30kgs repetitively in a labour-intensive role
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
Demonstrated personal commitment to safety
