The Operations Supervisor manages work crews operating solid waste collection equipment and monitors daily operations to ensure efficiency. They are also responsible for executing safety goals, conducting field audits, and overseeing environmental and OSHA compliance programs.
Candidates must be willing and able to obtain a Class A or B CDL and be capable of relocating for promotional opportunities. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions.
Waste Connections has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Elkhart, IN.
Our Operations Supervisor will work directly with the Operations Manager to formulate both short-term and long-term goals and action plans for the hauling company. We seek individuals with a leadership mentality and desire to grow with promotional opportunities in this role.
Waste Connections offers:
Schedule: 5:30am start time averaging approximately 10-11 hours/day.
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
