The Payroll Specialist supervises and administers payroll and compliance processes for the company and its subsidiaries, managing weekly and biweekly cycles for over 300 employees. Key duties include processing certified payrolls, union reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance with FLSA and tax laws.
Candidates need an Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent education combined with at least 2 years of payroll or accounting experience. Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are preferred.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible to supervise, oversee and administer the payroll and compliance process for the Company and its subsidiaries.
Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet ongoing business needs or additional duties may be assigned per employee’s growth and development.
