As a UK Executive Assistant within our support team, you will:
Coordinate senior leaders’ diaries and meetings for seamless daily operations
Optimise workflows with AI and automation
Turn research and data into decisions
Lead cross‑firm projects to delivery
Elevate stakeholder brand and relationships

Joining us as a UK EA Assistant, the minimum criteria you need demonstrable experience in supporting C-suite or senior executives. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with AI-powered tools.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
