Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and a high degree of confidentiality.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common government productivity tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a secure facility environment.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with classified document handling, secure communication systems, and access control procedures.
Experience preparing briefings or documentation for senior government officials.
Training or certification in office administration, project coordination, or federal administrative procedures.

Position requires on-site work within a secure facility (SCIF).
May involve occasional extended hours depending on mission needs.
