The GEOINT Systems Engineer will support the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate by analyzing new concepts, defining system requirements, and overseeing software development activities. They will also advise senior management on architectural decisions, investment strategies, and mission-critical project risks.
Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph and have experience in GEOINT systems, space/ground architecture, and mission processing. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience or a Master's with three years is required.
SAIC is seeking GEOINT Systems Engineer to support SAIC’s Prime Program, Aretuza in Chantilly, VA. Aretuza is a SETA program, supporting the NRO’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED).
As the GEOINT Systems Engineer you will interact daily with senior government and Program staff to analyze new concepts and technologies; support the definition and baselining of new capabilities and/or enhancements; advise on all aspects of System Engineering analysis (architecture, requirements, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), interfaces, schedule, and dependency identification); test support, and provide Readiness Event support.
