The Tax Associate will meet with clients to gather information and prepare accurate tax returns while identifying tax savings opportunities. They are responsible for building strong client relationships and providing clear explanations of tax information.
Candidates must have completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
