The Business Retention Lead manages advertising deliverables, coordinates strategic marketing efforts, and oversees customer-impacting initiatives. They also analyze retention data and partner with account managers to protect high-value accounts.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in cross-functional project coordination and 1 year in marketing or advertising is required.

This role keeps deliverables moving, customers informed, and leadership updated through ongoing periods of change—with a consistent focus on protecting and retaining the existing customer base.
