Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and maximize sales performance through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, and effective merchandising and promotional activities.
Implement and uphold operational policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving business objectives.
Lead the recruitment and selection process, identifying and hiring talent aligned with store and company goals.
Train, coach, and develop team members to meet consistently and exceed performance standards.
Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of store operations, events, and sales networking initiatives.
Manage and control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with merchandising standards, store presentation, and inventory management processes.
Continuously identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency, while sharing best practices with peers and management.
Represent the organization in a professional and responsible manner in all internal and external interactions.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong pipeline development, active customer engagement, and excellent customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services, meeting all internal knowledge and competency requirements.
Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned based on business needs.

Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, industry, or key account sales, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
