Manage and optimize driver operations processes in Peru by analyzing data to monitor the effectiveness of onboarding and acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies, update reporting dashboards, and present business cases to HQ.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or management and 4-5 years of experience in data analysis or operations. Proficiency in BigQuery, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is essential.
