Support the Chief Engineer in managing the engine department and overseeing the inspection and verification of machinery and installations. Coordinate vessel maintenance, repairs, and fuel intake operations to meet client logistics needs.
Requires a professional title as First Engineer for merchant vessels under 3,000kw and a valid international maritime booklet. Must hold STCW certifications, including Basic and Advanced Tanker (Oil and Chemical) certifications and a current medical certificate.

Ejecutar las acciones a nivel operativo vinculadas a la unidad de negocio, colaborando en la ejecución de la estrategia de posicionamiento de la compañía, con el fin de cubrir las necesidades logísticas del cliente.
Principales Funciones:
Reporte y apoyo al Jefe de Máquinas en el desarrollo de las funciones propias de gestión del departamento de máquinas.
Organizar las operaciones de inspección y verificación de equipos e instalaciones de la sala de máquinas.
Control y seguimiento en reparaciones y trabajos de mantenimiento del buque.
Colaborar en operaciones de toma de combustible.
Título profesional de oficial de máquinas de primera de la marina mercante para buques de menos de 3.000kw.
Certificados de competencia (STCW)
Básico petroleros y quimiqueros
Avanzado petroleros
Reconocimiento médico en vigor
