We are now looking for a skilled Service Engineer, Field Service Resources, to join our team in Taiwan. This is a permanent opportunity, and its preferred location is Kaohsiung.
我們目前招募一位熟練的現場服務工程師，加入台灣團隊。此為正職職缺，首選工作地點為高雄。

What will you be doing:
主要職責:

• Performs technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to the functionality of equipment and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the service team and customers.

在現場執行技術任務與故障排除，確保設備正常運行；並與服務團隊及客戶協作，準確診斷與及時解決技術問題。

• Provides technical support and guidance to customers ensuring the reliability of products in operation.

為客戶提供技術支援與指導，並確保產品運行的可靠性。

• Participates in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by providing feedback on service processes and equipment performance, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.

透過提供服務流程和設備效能的回饋，參與並推動現場服務流程與方法的持續改進，以提升運作效率與客戶滿意度。

• Maintains accurate records and reports on field service activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Adheres to safety and quality standards.

建建立並維護準確完整的現場服務紀錄與報告，確保符合公司政策和客戶要求；同時遵守安全與品質標準。 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
要勝任此職位，我們希望您具備以下條件：

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering etc.

電機、電子或機械工程相關學歷背景。

• 1 year’s work experience in marine, engines, propulsion or power plant industry. (Fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are welcome to apply.)

1年船舶、引擎推進或發電廠產業工作經驗。

• Willing to travel (domestic and international, up to 50% yearly).

可接受差旅 (國內及國外，一年累積時間佔 50%)。

• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

熟悉微軟辦公室應用軟體操作 (Word, Excel, Power Point 等) 。

• Basic and intermediate Marine engine and propulsion products is advantage.

具備基礎及中級船用引擎及推進產品知識者佳。

• Fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken

精通中文 (聽說讀寫) 。

• Good English, both written and spoken
