The Role:  

依據標準作業程序及作業指導書，執行各項倉儲作業，包括貨物接收、入庫、存放、揀貨、出貨、庫存管理與物料搬運，同時負責6S生產環境的清潔與維護，確保倉庫運作順暢且高效。 

Execute various warehouse operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and work instructions, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, shipping, inventory control, and material handling, while maintaining 6S standards to ensure a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment. 

In this role you will: 

• 作為倉庫與生產單位之主要窗口，確保所有物料（原物料、半成品）（BM / IM / EXT / Chemlock Housing）依據生產工單計劃準時供應至生產線，並配合生產需求， 

協助配件進入無塵室（Cleanroom）作業，確保符合相關規範，同時協助執行基本量測作業（如尺寸、外觀確認），以確保產品品質並降低異常發生風險。 

Interface window person to warehouse to ensure all material (raw material, semi-finished goods) are delivered to production based on planned work orders (BM/ IM/ EXT / Chemlock Housing), while supporting production needs by assisting in 

transferring components into the cleanroom in compliance with operational requirements, and performing basic measurement tasks (e.g., dimensional and visual inspection) to ensure product quality standards and reduce the risk of abnormalities. 

• 作為成品出貨之主要窗口，確保所有成品準時交付或與倉庫進行有效溝通，以確保出貨準時完成 

Interface window person to ensure all finished goods are delivered or communicated to warehouse to ensure on-time shipment. 

• 維持並持續優化FM所有物料供應至生產作業之日常流程 

Maintain and continuously improve daily material supply to production operation processes for all of FM. 

• 定期執行生產端庫存盤點，確保庫存準確性並防止差異產生 

Conduct regular production inventory counts to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. 

• 遵循工廠6S管理與環境安全衛生規範，並即時回報異常狀況 

Comply with factory 6S management and EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, and promptly report any abnormalities. 

• 出勤時間：固定班別 - 常日班 (08:00-17:00) 1、常中班 (15:30-00:30) 1 

Working hours: Day shift (08:00–17:00). 

• 執行主管交辦之其他工作任務或事項 

Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• 具備一年以上倉儲管理相關工作經驗 

At least one year of relevant warehouse management experience. 

• 具高度自律，能獨立完成指派之工作任務 

Highly self-disciplined and able to complete assigned tasks independently. 

• 熟悉辦公室軟體操作（如 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具 SAP 系統操作經驗者尤佳 

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus. 

• 可依出貨排程彈性配合加班需求 

Willing to work overtime flexibly based on shipping schedules. 

• 因應系統操作需求，須具備基本英文閱讀與理解能力 

Basic English reading and comprehension skills are required for system operations 

• 學歷要求：高中職以上 

Education requirement: High school diploma or above. 

• 持有堆高機操作技術士證照，並具三年以上實務操作經驗 

Possession of a forklift operation license with at least three years of practical experience.
