The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, including repairing various systems and equipment. Daily tasks involve performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and assisting with installations to ensure a safe environment.
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar or related position, though no minimum educational degree is required. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US and be able to handle the physical demands of the role.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Preventative Maintenance Engineer to support the overall upkeep and functionality of our property. This role includes performing routine maintenance, addressing guest requests, and ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of building systems, and a commitment to providing a safe and well-maintained environment. Candidate will PM rooms and make small repairs, paint touch up and that type of stuff. They also help monitor the equipment, ie AC and the Boiler.
