This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining food and beverage storage, preparation, and service areas. The steward ensures that all glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils are kept in a sanitary and spotless condition.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to lift moderate to heavy weights while remaining on their feet for the duration of the shift. A basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment and safety regulations is required, along with effective communication and mathematical skills.

Qualifications |
Requirements
The ability to be on feet and in motion for majority of shift required. Ability to lift moderate to heavy amount of weight. Basic knowledge of dishwashing equipment operation and chemicals necessary. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
