Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 75 pounds. Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are required for daily operations.

The Houseman position is a vital part of maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. From day-to-day maintenance to special event preparation & clean-up, our dedicated custodial team ensures that every floor shines with care and attention to detail. Above all, safety is our top priority. Our floor care practices help ensure that every resident, employee and guest feels at ease and secure when in our buildings.
As a Houseman, you will perform daily cleaning of floors, corridors and other assigned areas. Project cleaning of walls, lights, windows, vents and carpets as scheduled and when assigned. Set up and break down all campus events. Upon apartment release, Houseman staff must remove all debris and furniture in a timely manner to facilitate a seamless handover to the renovation department.
