Responsible for the daily inspection, maintenance, and repair of automation equipment to ensure stable operation and minimize downtime. Collaborates with engineers on design reviews and implements continuous improvements using PPI and Kaizen methodologies.
Requires an associate degree or higher in mechanical or automation engineering with over 3 years of experience in automation equipment repair. Must be proficient in PLC programming, electrical drawings, and CAD/SolidWorks software.

2. 及时处理设备异常，进行维修或上报，与相关部门接口解决问题、确定需求并实施改进，根据需要提供培训。
3. 协助工程师完成自动化设计评审及设备验收，确保设备选型与工艺要求相匹配。
4. 遵循公司 PPI 和 Kaizen 流程、方法，持续改善设备性能，优化运行效率，降本增效。
5. 完成领导安排的其他工作；
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，机械、自动化或相关专业优先，能够阅读相关英文文件，熟练使用 Office 软件，。
2. 具备 3 年以上自动化设备维修经验，有注塑、吹塑背景及熟悉模具知识者优先。
3. 掌握西门子 PLC、AB PLC 和触摸屏等编程与调试技能，具备电气图纸阅读能力，能查找和解决异常。
4. 能够使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等绘图软件绘制简易图纸，具备良好的工程图识别能力。
5. 具有较强的责任心及现场问题分析和解决能力，能够在紧急情况下妥善处理生产过程中的异常情况。
6. 能够适应一定的工作压力，包括可能无法预测的倒班、加班及其他工作安排。
7. 具有良好的团队合作精神，与生产相关的其他部门保持密切沟通，确保生产任务顺利完成。
