Hagerstown Gateway is looking for a Salon Manager to lead the team. We take walk-ins and online check-in. Set the tone for a team that runs on real systems. We develop leaders, not bosses Weekdays run 9A-2:30P and 2:30P-7P, with an added 10A-6P shift Mon/Thu/Fri Weekends run 9A-6P, plus a 1P-6P shift Guaranteed $17.50/hr base, plus tips, averaging $31.50 to $41.50 per hour total Keep your cash tips; card tips are paid every week on your paycheck Employer-paid health insurance for this role 401(k) Paid vacation, full-time and part-time Product sales commission
