WinnCompanies is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Regional Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Sandoval West, a 224-unit affordable housing community located in El Paso, TX.
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the properties in your respective region, while also serving as the point of contact for all the maintenance personnel and keeping up with the required financial controls and regulatory requirements.
The selected candidate will adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule with the ability to work on-call shifts.
