The Maintenance Manager oversees the property's physical condition, including supervising maintenance staff and managing the operating budget. They are responsible for performing repairs, ensuring safety code compliance, and maintaining high resident satisfaction through efficient work order management.
Candidates should have at least two years of multifamily maintenance experience and one year of supervisory experience. An EPA certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred.

The Maintenance Manager will coordinate with the Community Manager, Assistant Manager to increase the net operating income of the property by safely maintaining exterior and interior of property to RPM standards at or below the approved budget levels. The Maintenance Manager will contribute to resident retention by making repairs promptly, safely, and efficiently.
