The Floor Tech is responsible for cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms and common areas of a long-term care facility. They must operate equipment safely, maintain activity records, and adhere to infection control policies.
A high school diploma and previous floor care experience are preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
