The Director will own the strategic direction, operational performance, and full P&L responsibility for the Plumbing and Drain Division across multiple markets. Key duties include managing service and installation teams, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term strategic growth plans.
Candidates must have over 7 years of progressive plumbing leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving financial targets. Proficiency in ServiceTitan and experience in residential home services or sewer and drain operations is preferred.
