We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to help maintain the appearance and overall cleanliness of our multifamily property in Warrensville Heights, OH. In this role, you'll work closely with the maintenance team to support property upkeep, ensuring the management office, laundry facilities, recreation areas, mail rooms, stairways, parking lots, and dumpsters are well maintained. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in contributing to the property's smooth operation and inviting atmosphere.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
