The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas by performing tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and trash disposal. They must also ensure bathrooms are stocked and follow standardized cleaning procedures using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant job experience. The role requires the physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and moving furniture.
Job Summary
As a CBRE, GS Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for basic cleaning duties. This includes mopping, sweeping and trash disposal. You will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of your assigned areas.
This role requires a regular five (5) day workweek, which includes availability to work either Saturday or Sunday.
