Manage a field crew of ironworkers to execute structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects safely and on schedule. Responsibilities include reading drawings, coordinating lifts, welding structural connections, and communicating daily with superintendents and general contractors.
Requires at least 5 years of ironworker field experience and 2 years in a leadership role. Candidates must be proficient in SMAW/FCAW welding, certified in rigging and signaling, and possess a valid Georgia driver's license.

Overview
We're looking for an Ironwork Foreman who can manage a field crew while still putting their hands on the work. You'll be responsible for daily production, crew direction, and keeping the job moving safely and on schedule. You will be based out of our Alpharetta and Gainesville Shops, but travel to active construction jobsites will be needed.
Candidates must be willing to travel to locations as needed.
Schedule: 40-60 hrs/week, possible weekends
Pay Range: $35/hr - $42/hr
