El Ejecutivo de Incubación es el responsable de asegurar el encendido comercial, la estabilización operativa y el crecimiento temprano de los nuevos socios comerciales (partners) de PedidosYa, guiándolos durante la etapa crítica que comprende desde el Día 2 de alta en la plataforma hasta el final del Mes 2 (M2).
En este rol híbrido (comercial, analítico y tecnológico), la persona gestiona el ciclo de maduración inicial del cliente apalancándose en un modelo de atención escalable soporte de un bot de Inteligencia Artificial. Su objetivo clave es reducir la tasa de abandono temprano (churn inicial), maximizar el volumen de órdenes (orders) y la facturación (GMV), garantizando que el partner logre una operación autónoma y eficiente antes de ser transferido al equipo de Farmer/Account Executive consolidado.
