El Ingeniero Senior de Integración de Acceso Móvil es responsable de ejecutar la integración end-to-end de redes móviles (GSM, WCDMA, LTE y 5G) en proyectos de ampliación, modernización y despliegue de nuevos sitios.
Debe garantizar que cada estación quede operativa, sin alarmas, con parámetros consistentes y alineados a los lineamientos de Planificación y Arquitectura.
Asimismo, actúa como referente técnico en la resolución de casos complejos, brindando soporte especializado y gestionando escalaciones hacia proveedores de instalación, soporte local e internacional. También administra bases de datos, librerías y herramientas de scripting del proceso de integración.
Ejecutar la integración y configuración de elementos GSM, WCDMA, LTE y 5G, asegurando su correcta operación.
Validar la operatividad de los nodos y el cumplimiento de parámetros de ingeniería.
Verificar conectividad IP, sincronización, enrutamiento, VLAN y backhaul previo a la activación.
Generar y validar scripts de integración, gestionando repositorios y control de cambios.
Brindar soporte de segundo nivel y analizar alarmas, KPIs y trazas.
Escalar casos críticos a proveedores o soporte especializado.
Mantener actualizadas bases de datos, parámetros y librerías de integración.
Ejecutar pruebas post-integración (POI), pruebas de servicios y validaciones técnicas.
Validar funcionalidades LTE, VoLTE y 5G, así como el desempeño inicial.
Elaborar reportes de aceptación de sitio (SAR) y reportes de avance.
Coordinar ventanas de mantenimiento y asegurar cumplimiento del rollout.
Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y documentar mejores prácticas.
Profesional en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Sistemas o afines.
Certificaciones deseables en Huawei y/o Ericsson (MAE, OSS, RAN, ENM) y tecnologías LTE/5G.
Inglés técnico intermedio/avanzado.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en integración de redes móviles con Huawei y/o Ericsson.
Experiencia en scripting (mínimo 2 años) para integración.
Experiencia en resolución de problemas complejos y gestión de escalaciones.
Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas.
Organización, atención al detalle y priorización.
Comunicación técnica clara y efectiva.
Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de plazos.
