Perform administrative support tasks including data entry, filing, and managing initial phone calls and visits. Provide customer service by resolving basic inquiries and directing complex cases to appropriate personnel.
Requires a high school diploma with some college and 3 to 5 years of related experience. Must be proficient in office software and meet the religious standards of the Church, including being temple-worthy.

Performs such duties as data entry, filing, directing phone calls to appropriate personal, etc. Serves as a role model in fulfilling the Church's religious mission with compassion toward others and an attitude of devotion to God, while performing tasks of an intermediate level of knowledge and judgment.
