Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software enhancements, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of software components across diverse systems.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
