Role Overview:

Campaign Operations Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, with a strong focus on Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), OTT/CTV, Display, and Video advertising. This role sits at the intersection of ad operations, campaign performance, and client delivery, ensuring campaigns launch accurately, deliver efficiently, meet KPIs, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Execution

● Set up and launch advertiser campaigns on DV360 and programmatic platforms, including Display, Video, YouTube, and OTT/CTV inventory.

● Configure insertion orders, line items, targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, frequency caps, and flighting based on client briefs and media plans.

● Manage audience, contextual, geo, device, inventory, and OTT/CTV audience targeting.

● Execute campaigns across OTT/video inventory and connected TV environments, ensuring appropriate targeting, creative formats, and delivery.

● Ensure accurate campaign tagging, tracking, Floodlight/conversion tracking, and attribution setup.

● Perform detailed pre-launch QA to ensure error-free campaign execution.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

● Monitor live campaigns for delivery, pacing, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPA, viewability, reach, frequency, and video completion rates.

● Perform ongoing optimizations across bids, targeting, budgets, creatives, inventory, and frequency to improve campaign performance.

● Monitor OTT/video campaigns for completion rate, VTR, viewability, reach, and frequency.

● Identify and resolve delivery issues including under-delivery, over-delivery, tracking gaps, creative issues, and performance drops.

● Translate campaign learnings into repeatable optimization playbooks and SOPs.

Required Qualifications:

● 4–6 years of experience in Ad Operations / Campaign Operations / Programmatic Operations / Performance Marketing.

● Hands-on experience with DV360 or other DSPs/programmatic advertising platforms is mandatory.

● Experience managing campaigns across Display, Video, YouTube, OTT/CTV, and programmatic inventory.

● Experience with campaign setup, trafficking, targeting, pacing, optimization, QA, and reporting.

● Strong understanding of programmatic buying, OTT/CTV advertising, digital advertising metrics, and campaign optimization levers.

● Working knowledge of CM360, Floodlight, ad tags, conversion tracking, and attribution is preferred.

● Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

● High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

● Experience working with SMB and Large Advertisers.

● Knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or BI tools is a plus
