Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. Daily activities may include collaborating with team members, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that software solutions align with client needs and project goals, all while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and project progress to maintain transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
