They are responsible for managing team workloads, establishing technical standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and have 8-12 years of experience in analytics or data management environments. Additionally, 3-5 years of leadership experience in managing analytical teams and influencing senior stakeholders is required.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of analytics within a rapidly evolving Campaign Intelligence environment. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening analytical capability, improving delivery excellence, and driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the business. This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions through disciplined analytical delivery and trusted insight.
The ideal candidate is a technically credible analytics leader who is passionate about developing people, fostering technical excellence, and building scalable delivery practices. Success in this role will be measured through stronger analytical quality, enhanced team capability, improved delivery predictability, effective governance, greater stakeholder confidence, and increased business adoption of analytical insights. If you enjoy leading talented analytics professionals, solving complex business challenges, and creating lasting impact through data, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

Acting as the link between business strategy and analytical execution, this role will ensure that analytical outputs are delivered with consistency, accuracy, reliability, and business relevance while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Review methodologies, assumptions, calculations, and data logic for key analytics deliverables.
Ensure adherence to enterprise data policies, governance standards, risk controls, and security requirements.

Partner with Campaign Intelligence leadership to translate decisioning objectives into analytical requirements and work packages.
Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, data governance, platform, and business teams to resolve analytical dependencies.
