Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.
Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
Diseñar, desarrollar y evolucionar soluciones de middle-end para los flujos de originación de créditos de comercios como simulación, solicitud, feedback y gestión de préstamos.
Construir APIs y capas de orquestación escalables que integren múltiples servicios y aseguren experiencias consistentes para las personas usuarias.
Participar activamente en las definiciones técnicas del producto aportando una mirada integral sobre arquitectura, performance, resiliencia y escalabilidad.
Colaborar con equipos de backend, frontend, aplicaciones móviles, producto y diseño de experiencia de usuario en la construcción de soluciones multicapa.
Garantizar altos estándares de calidad mediante pruebas, observabilidad, monitoreo y métricas de producto.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
Poseer experiencia sólida en el desarrollo de aplicaciones y servicios utilizando Node.js con TypeScript, Java o Go.
Contar con experiencia en el diseño y construcción de APIs, capas de orquestación y BFFs para integrar múltiples servicios en arquitecturas distribuidas utilizando patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
Aplicar herramientas de observabilidad, monitoreo, métricas, resolución de problemas y estrategias de pruebas automatizadas en entornos productivos.
Desarrollar de manera habitual soluciones de software incorporando herramientas de inteligencia artificial generativa, agentes de inteligencia artificial y metodologías como Spec Driven Development.
