Un Desarrollador RPG/AS400 Senior con más de 10 años de experiencia y un sólido dominio en RPG ILE/Free, DB2 y CLP. Es indispensable que cuentes con experiencia en el core bancario IBS y conocimientos funcionales en módulos como préstamos, cuentas, contabilidad, tarjetas y ACH, todo bajo un enfoque ágil (Scrum).
Esta es tu oportunidad de liderar la evolución técnica de una gran entidad financiera, donde tu autonomía y proactividad garantizarán entregas de alto impacto que definirán el rumbo del negocio.
Desarrollar soluciones robustas en RPG ILE/Free y CLP sobre plataforma AS/400 (IBM i) para optimizar el core bancario IBS.
Gestionar historias de usuario y tareas técnicas dentro del marco de trabajo ágil utilizando Azure DevOps.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los criterios de Definition of Ready (DoR) y Definition of Done (DoD) en cada sprint.
Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas unitarias exhaustivas para garantizar la calidad del código y minimizar el retrabajo.
Levantar bloqueos oportunamente y colaborar con el equipo para mantener una velocidad de entrega constante.
Garantizar que los desarrollos estén completamente funcionales y listos antes de su paso al equipo de QA.
Formación: Profesional graduado o estudiante de últimos semestres en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación o carreras afines. Experiencia: Más de 10 años de trayectoria sólida en desarrollo sobre AS/400, manejo de core bancario IBS y módulos financieros, trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y disponibilidad para laborar bajo el calendario de Panamá.
