The BHT provides around-the-clock supervision and support for adults with co-occurring diagnoses in a residential treatment facility. Responsibilities include maintaining a therapeutic milieu, documenting client behaviors, and assisting the medical team with vitals and medication observations.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma and one year of experience in addiction or mental health fields. A valid driver's license and the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends, are required.
Position Summary

BHT are responsible for around-the-clock supervision of the client milieu and helping to create and maintain a therapeutic milieu for treatment initiatives. The BHT position is an entry-level position.
